  1. Appointment Confirmation: Your booking fee serves as a deposit to secure your appointment slot. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total service cost. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

  2. Arrival Preparedness: For makeup or lash appointments, we kindly request arriving with clean lashes and no makeup. This ensures optimal conditions for your session and allows us to provide you with the best service possible.

  3. Additional Visitors: To maintain a serene and focused environment in our salon, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. This enables us to devote our complete attention to your needs.

  4. Remaining Payment: Upon your arrival at the salon, the booking fee will be deducted from the total service cost. The remaining balance can be settled in-person using our accepted payment methods.
